Engine Repair and Overhaul in Alanya

Most engine complaints we see in Alanya do not actually come from the engine itself — they come from the lubrication, cooling or fuel system. Jumping straight to "let's open the engine" usually means a very large bill you did not need. We prove where the problem really is first.

After diagnosis we tell you two things clearly: what is wrong and what the fix will cost. The engine is not opened without your approval. When the work is finished, every removed part is laid out for you and the car is road tested before handover.

Signs that your engine needs attention

What we do in the engine department

• Compression and leak-down testing. Pressure in every cylinder is measured. Rings, valves or head gasket — the source is identified before the engine is opened.
• Cylinder head and gasket replacement. Head skimming, valve grinding and gasket renewal. The most common fix for coolant-oil mixing and overheating.
• Piston, ring and liner work. On engines burning oil the piston and ring set is renewed, and the block machined if required.
• Timing belt kit and water pump. Belt or chain, tensioner bearings and water pump are renewed together. A snapped belt destroys the engine, so this is never left late.
• Crankshaft and big-end bearings. On knocking engines the crank is measured, ground if needed, and the bearing set replaced.
• Full engine overhaul. The engine is stripped and cleaned, every clearance measured, and all worn parts renewed to factory specification.
• Turbocharger inspection and replacement. For power loss and smoke complaints the boost pressure is measured; repair or replacement is then recommended.
