What data do we collect?

This website does not collect personal data from visitors automatically. There is no membership, account creation or payment system on the site.

• Contact form: the booking form on the contact page does not save what you enter to our server. When you submit it, the details are passed only to the WhatsApp application on your own device, and you can review the message before sending it.
• Phone and WhatsApp: the name, phone number and vehicle details you share when contacting us are used only for booking and service records.
• Service records: work carried out on your vehicle is recorded at our premises for warranty tracking and service history.

Third-party services

The following external services are used on this site:

• Google Fonts: a request is made to Google's servers to load the typefaces.
• Google Maps: a location map is embedded on the contact and home pages. The map loads only when you scroll to that section.
• WhatsApp: clicking a WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp application, at which point WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical cookies of the third-party services listed above may apply. You can block cookies at any time from your browser settings.

Storage and sharing

Your service records are kept within our business only and are not shared with any third party or organisation except where legally required. Your data is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn what data is held about you and to request its correction or deletion. You can make such a request by calling 0532 421 28 70 or by visiting our premises.
