Do I need an appointment for car repair in Alanya?
We recommend booking for servicing and planned work so your car goes straight in. For sudden faults you can come without an appointment and we will look at the car the same day.
Do you quote a price before starting work?
Yes. After diagnosis we give you an itemised list of the work and parts costs. Nothing is started without your approval.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty period. The guarantee terms are given to you in writing at handover.
Which car makes do you work on?
We serve all cars and light commercial vehicles: Renault, Fiat, Ford, Volkswagen, Opel, Peugeot, Citroën, Hyundai, Toyota, Dacia, Skoda, Seat, Mercedes, BMW and others.
Can I leave my car at the workshop?
Yes. For longer engine and gearbox work you can leave the car with us safely. We keep you updated on WhatsApp throughout.
Which parts of Alanya do you serve?
We serve central Alanya together with Oba, Cikcilli, Tosmur, Kestel, Mahmutlar, Konaklı and Payallar.
Do you use genuine parts?
That is your choice. We offer both genuine (OEM) and quality aftermarket options with their prices, and we record on your invoice which part was fitted where.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and card payment. For larger jobs you can discuss card instalments with us.
My car will not start. How do I get it to you?
Call us. We will assess the situation over the phone and tell you whether you need a tow truck; if so we can point you to the recovery firms we work with.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, all work is invoiced. We also invoice corporate vehicle fleets.
Do you inspect used cars before purchase?
Yes. Our pre-purchase inspection covers a computer fault-history scan, engine and gearbox checks and an underside inspection.
Do you serve foreign residents and visitors?
Yes. We have many foreign customers living in Alanya. We explain the work clearly and put it in writing when needed, and we can communicate in English.
